As a third-generation home builder and real estate broker, James brings over 38 years of experience to the industry. He began his career as both a broker and custom home builder, quickly discovering his passion and unique talent for matching people with their perfect homes. Known for his strong interpersonal skills, James has built lasting, genuine relationships within the real estate and Keller Williams community.

With degrees in Organizational Management and Psychology, James leverages his deep understanding of human behavior and organizational dynamics to enhance the client experience. This expertise has also enabled him to excel in coaching and mentoring top agents, helping them achieve success in a competitive market.

For nearly four decades, James has been dedicated to serving and coaching buyers, sellers, agents, and staff across the Palm Beach County, FL, and Atlanta, GA areas. He is the Operating Partner for KW Reserve in Palm Beach Gardens and Keller Williams Reserve Palm Beach in West Palm Beach, FL. In addition, James is a proud member of KW Luxury Pro, further highlighting his commitment to excellence in luxury real estate.

In College, the idea of marketing is what jump-started Lauren's career as she had a true passion for developing different advertising strategies and engaging with clients to understand their needs. That same drive has led her into the Real Estate industry, where she has served as a Sales Specialist at Luxury High-Rises in Buckhead Atlanta and now a Realtor. Lauren has an astounding amount of experience working with clients to ensure a smooth process into securing their dream home. Her ability to build relationships to connect with people is vital. Her clients would describe her as a reliable, goal-oriented, and results-driven professional who truly cares about taking care of the way her clients live.

Born and raised in Sunny Southern California, Lauren took a leap of faith and moved to Atlanta, where she enrolled in the Illustrious Clark Atlanta University and received her degree in Business Marketing. Lauren has imperative skills in communicating effectively and has mastered the art of closing tactics with having various leadership roles.

In Lauren's spare time, she loves to travel, DJ, and spend lots of time with her family and friends. Her core beliefs in God's Divine timing have given her the faith to serve those that need a trusted Realtor and friend. Lauren is always ready and willing to go above and beyond all expectations to turn dreams into reality.
